Boy, am I tired. I've spent the last couple of days just wanting to keel over. I think the adrenalin that's carried me through the last couple of weeks has finally run out - the piece of work that has had me flat out is finished and ready for Monday, so I have nothing to do except fall down. What a nice feeling :)
Perhaps the fact I'm so tired meant my guard was a little lower than usual today - I got a bit mauled by a client this afternoon. Nothing too bad, though my arms looked pretty bloody at the time - I sure bleed well!. Now I'm all cleaned up it's just cuts and scratches, with a pretty bruise on my left arm. Meh - not very attractive for t-shirt weather.
I heard "Higher" by Jackie Wilson on the radio at work today and was thinking to myself it would be a good vid song. Took me until the first couple of lines had been sung to remember I'd already vidded to it! :P See - tired ;)
I've seen up to 2.10 of SGA and 1.16 of SPN .... I'm so looking forward to seeing HellHouse - don't know anything about the episode, just heard from a couple of people that it's good, really good, so hopefully I'll get time to watch it this weekend. Enjoyed Aurora too, which I finally saw last night - McKay was so funny how he kept crossing his arms when he flitted in and out of the virtual reality - made him look just like a genie! :D
Tomorrow I'm going to treat myself to some Castlepoint and some Nero's and some cake - I've earnt it :)
